Pan Fried BBQ Steak Recipe This easy and delicious pan fried steak will fill your craving for a juicy steak any time of the year. It's fast and the results are just as good as a steakhouse! Ingredients 1 or 2 steaks, about 3/4" thick - ribeye, strip, porterhouse or t-bone work best. 3 TbspTasty BBQ Seasoning 2 Tbsp Raw Papaya Paste 2 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp butter Instructions Season with BBQ Seasoning and Raw Papaya Paste place in refrigerator for at least an hour. Heat skillet over medium high heat with oil and butter. Once hot and starting to smoke, add steak(s). Cook, flipping every 30 seconds until desired done-ness, it should take from 5 minutes to 8 minutes depending on thickness. Remove from pan and let rest for 5-10 minutes Cooking time 10 Mins Total

Smoky Cajun Chicken Wings This Cajun Flavored Chicken wings will beat any Restaurant made Wings. The Smoky flavor from the Cajun Spice gives that extra kick  in your taste bud. Take Chicken wings with Skin, Mix Cajun Spice 3 Tbsp with 500 Gram of Chicken Wings. Add 1 tsp of Corn Flour if you want the crunchiness.  Mix well with all the spices Keep aside in fridge for 30 Mins. Take out from the fridge and fry till golden brown Serve hot with Hot Sauce

This easy Thai  chicken fried rice recipe  isn't the greasy fried rice from your local takeout.  It's healthier and much more balanced. You basically get the best of both worlds, home cooking and high on flavor. Made with whole-grain brown rice and loaded with nutritious vegetables and lean protein, ND of Course our Thai Spice Blends add the extra flavor to this this recipe,  the taste and texture of fried rice while cutting back on the sodium and calories. Put 2 tbsp of Oil in a a pan. First Fry 1 Egg with little salt and some Chopped Vegetable (carrot, Shallots and Garlic). add the chopped Chicken Breast Pieces and Cook until the chicken is cooked,  Then keep it aside. In the same Pan fry some Cooked Rice for 1 minute and mix the vegetable and egg mixture  Add 2 tsp of Soy Sauce, and 2 tsp of  Thai Seasoning Powder, Add Chopped green Chillies Toss them together and our Thai Fried Rice is ready to be served. So simple and so easy to prepare.
